STUDIO 207

An open, multifunctional space at The Workshop, a collaborative workplace in Columbus.

Created as a space to increase opportunities for community engagement and creativity around three key themes:

MAKE. LEARN. CONNECT.

Programming at Studio 207 launched in 2020, and has included artist residencies, pop-up exhibitions, public art projects, artist-led workshops and youth arts education. Future programs at Studio 207 will continue to develop the location as a flexible workspace for artists and for creative programs managed by CAAC.

PROGRAMS AT STUDIO 207

Small Talk/s

Small Talk/s is a speaker series featuring local creatives telling their stories. Through this program CAAC aims to highlight the varied and circuitous paths our local creatives take in their careers.

Check out the Small Talk/s schedule at artsincolumbus.org/small-talks

Creative Residency

CAAC's Creative Residency Program provides artists and designers access to workspace at Studio 207, lodging within walking distance to the downtown Arts & Entertainment District and a travel/material stipend. Participants are invited to actively engage the community through workshops, public talks and open studio tours that highlight their creative practice in an informal setting.

Artist-led Workshops

In Artist-led Workshops, participants are guided through the creative process by trained professionals: No prior experience required!
